What we collect

When you request an appointment or a call back, we collect the details you type into the form:

• Your name and phone or WhatsApp number
• The type of visit, your preferred date and time, and whether the visit is for a child or family member
• Any message you choose to write

We also note which page you used and which website you came from, and when you tap our WhatsApp or call buttons we record which button was used, so we can follow up. We do not need, and ask you not to send, detailed medical history through the form. Your doctor will ask for it at your visit.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm your appointment, contact you by phone or WhatsApp, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form requests are saved to a private Google Sheet used by the clinic, and an email alert is sent to the clinic. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We share your details with no one outside the clinic, except the services that carry the message (Google and WhatsApp).

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record that your browser requested them.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment requests only as long as needed to arrange and follow up your care. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its date.
